The working principle of the filter equipment
Water from the intake into the filter, first through the coarse filter core component filter out large particles of impurities, and then to the fine filter net, through fine filter filter fine particles of impurities, clean water from the outlet. During the filtration process, the inner layer impurities of the fine screen gradually accumulate, and there is a pressure difference inside and outside the thin screen. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the automatic cleaning process will begin: the discharge valve opens, the hydraulic motor chamber and hydraulic cylinder of the responsible component release pressure and discharge the water; the pressure in the hydraulic motor chamber and the suction pipe is greatly reduced, and the dirt of the inner wall of the fine filter is absorbed by the suction nozzle and the hydraulic motor flows into the hydraulic power. The motor chamber is discharged by the drain valve to form a suction process. When the water flows through the hydraulic motor, the suction pipe is rotated and the suction pipe is driven by the piston of the hydraulic cylinder, and the inner surface of the whole filter is cleaned completely by the combination of the axial motion and the rotation movement. The entire cleaning process will last for dozens of seconds. The blowdown valve closes at the end of the cleaning. The increased hydraulic pressure will return the piston of the hydraulic cylinder to its initial position, and the filter will start preparing for the next rinse cycle. During the cleaning process, the filtration of the filter is normal.
